Refund Policy: Coral Academy

At Coral Academy, we're dedicated to delivering high-quality educational experiences. We understand that sometimes, circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, so we've made our refund policy simple and fair for your convenience. Please read the guidelines below carefully when requesting a refund. 

Please note: 

● Platform reserves the right to modify the refund policy at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the website. 

● Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider will not be included in the refund. 

Terms for Refund 

1. Subscription Renewal 

When you sign up for a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle(weekly renewal).

● If you decide to cancel, you can do so anytime using your account. You can still access all the classes until your current subscription ends. 

● If your subscription is renewed but you meant to cancel, don’t worry! You can request a refund within 24 hours of the charge, as long as you haven’t attended a session after the renewal. 

● After this 24-hour window, the payment becomes non-refundable, but your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. 

2. Class Cancellations 

● While refunds are not provided for class cancellations, we prioritize ensuring that your learning experience continues smoothly. 

Class cancellations are very rare, and in such cases, we make every effort to reschedule at a convenient time. 

● If the new time doesn't work for you, we're happy to help you find a similar class that fits your schedule.

Your learning journey is important to us, and we're here to support you every step of the way! 

3. Missed Sessions 

● We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and while we’re unable to offer refunds for missed sessions(including missed sessions due to technical issues on the learner’s end), we’re happy to assist you in any way we can! 

● If you’re unable to attend due to personal reasons or a family emergency, please let us know in advance via email or our platform chatbot. This allows us to offer the seat to another eager learner on the waitlist. 

4. Additional Clauses 

● If your account is suspended due to a policy violation, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription days. 

Eligible refunds take 5-7 business days to process and go back to the original payment method. 

● If there’s a payment issue (like a double charge or a failed payment), please let us know and we will help you sort it out!
